The best option if you can’t make it to class is to share this cool experience with a friend who can.

Transfer them your spot & have them make you something! This works for all our classes in all timeframes.

For educational experiences there are no refunds issued, only credits towards future classes at the studio.

Credits are redeemable by the student or transferable to a friend to be used within 1 year of purchase date. All guest teacher classes and special one-off events are completely non-refundable, but you may always transfer your space to a friend!

  • Full class cost credit will be given for cancellations within 1 week of class start date.

  • If notice is given with less than 1 week, the student will receive 75% credit towards future classes.

  • If notice is given within 2 business days, student will receive a 50% account credit.

  • There are no credits given for same day cancellations, or no-shows to classes in the past.

  • We cannot guarantee make-up days for missing individual classes in a multi-part workshop. If you must make up a day (glazing bisque, ect.) we can charge a private class or space rental fee as the studio schedule allows.

These are lines we draw to protect our business, but we also understand that life throws curve balls at the worst times. We will always do our best to be as understanding and accommodating as possible, within reason.
